Each generator is built with standardized, high quality components that are rigorously tested and virtually maintenance-free. With efficiency ratings of more than 90%, the CUSTOM LINE LF also has transformers and throttles that provide just the right amount of power and energy for the job.
Customized low frequency generators for precision induction heating
LF models range in frequency from 2 to 8 kHz and have power ranges from 50 to 500 kW. Like many of the other models in eldec’s fleet, CUSTOM LINE LF induction generators are rugged, efficient and flexible. With its compact design and wide range of control features and optional interfaces, such as Profibus interface, this line of low frequency generators is ideal for integrating into larger production systems.
Customization options are virtually limitless. For example, versions are available with multiple outputs. You can choose from:
- Two outputs that heat sequentially or
- Two outputs that heat simultaneously and independently of each other or
- Two outputs that heat simultaneously and symmetrically
- In addition to twin, triple, quad or even eight outputs are feasible
