High-Frequency Generators with a Comprehensive Bundle of Options
Like many of the other models in our fleet, high frequency induction generators are rugged, efficient and flexible. With its wide range of control features and optional interfaces, such as Profibus interface, this line of high frequency generators is easily customized.
Our experienced technicians will build your power supply for your specific components, process and production environment. HF models range in frequency from 80 to 400 kHz and have power ranges from 100 to 1,500 kW. Each device is configured specifically for the part – large or small – and the induction process.
Customization options are virtually limitless. For example, versions are available with single or multiple outputs (twin, quad, triple – up to eight outputs). Generators with simultaneous dual frequency capabilities can be ordered with power ratings of 50 to 3000 kW and frequencies ranging from 10 kHz to 25 kHz and 150 kHz to 350 kHz. Dual frequency generators – those that can switch from one frequency to another for multiple operations – are available in high frequency ranges from 140 to 350 kHz or 160 to 400 kHz. We also offer matching passive or active water-cooling systems.
